Job Responsibility

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical, mechanical, electronic, and digital control system issues on a wide variety of mobile generator units
Remove, repair, and replace major components, including starters, alternators, digital controllers, and fuel system elements
Set up, configure, and test generator paralleling systems to ensure seamless multi-unit synchronization and load sharing
Troubleshoot, program, and repair automatic transfer switches (ATS) and integrated mobile switchgear configurations
Perform comprehensive load-bank testing and rigorous quality checks on all mobile assets before deployment back into the field
Accurately document all diagnostic findings, parts used, and repair actions within the shop’s maintenance tracking system
