Job Responsibility

Maintain high levels of quality and productivity in all aspects of shop operations

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the shop, both inside and outside, while maintaining adequate stock levels
Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of all shop equipment

Collaborate with CNC, Metal, LED, Paint and Graphics teams to integrate systems and finish components for fully built-out environments
Participate in on-site installations as needed—assembling structures to spec and supporting field teams in executing project installs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, reporting any tool malfunctions, material issues, or build challenges to supervisors
Follow direction from the Foreman and Production Management to ensure quality, timelines, and project requirements are met
