Job Description:

We're looking for a motivated and driven Shop Employee (m/f/d) for our FlixBus shop at București Autogara Militari (Bus Station) in Bucharest. This job is on-site, full-time and for an indefinite period of time.

Job Responsibility:

  • Sell tickets and handle reservations, changes, and cancellations
  • Assist with passenger check-in and support smooth bus departures and arrivals
  • Operate the cash register, manage cash flow, and complete end-of-shift documentation
  • Work closely with Traffic Control, Operation teams, and drivers
  • Support promotional activities when needed
  • Help improve daily station processes for efficiency and safety
  • Provide friendly, informed customer service at the station and shop

Requirements:

  • Very good level of Romanian
  • Good level of English
  • Experience in customer service
  • Basic cash handling
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work in shifts (Shift range: Mon-Fr 8am-8pm
  • Sat-Sun 9am-17pm)
  • Reliable, proactive, and motivated team player
  • Comfortable using MS Office, smartphones, web applications or reservation systems
