Job Responsibility:
Assists with activities across multiple functions to coordinate resolution of emergent issues in support of specific operations
Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
Provides limited feedback on assessment results
Supports the teammates in implementation of strategies and plans
Works under general supervision
Requirements:
1+ years’ experience in a Manufacturing or Operations environment
1+ years’ experience collecting and interpreting data
Experience working with Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and SharePoint
Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
Must be able to work any shift based on seniority and work assignment
Must be a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62
Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
U.S. Citizenship required
Nice to have:
Level 3: 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems common image (MESci)
Experience in the Aerospace & Defense Industry and/or the military
Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
Experience using Shipside Action Tracker (SAT)
Experience implementing lean methodologies and productivity improvements
An Active U.S Secret Security Clearance
