Job Description

This position will require a knowledge of both Shipping & Receiving processes. Flexibility in job assignments as well as the versatility to work both equally well. In addition, the skill to operate Lift Equipment, RF units, and physical skills to lift or push / pull substantial product weight. Other duties include: Pick up product from Staging Area and off load onto Rack Shelving units, Floor locations, or Stack Racks; Pick up product from Rack Shelving Units, Floor locations, or Stack Racks and off load onto Dock / Bay area; When placing product accurately scan all merchandise utilizing RF gun; Maintain a clean and safe working environment; Ensure full compliance of all safety programs both while operating and not operating material handling equipment; All other duties as assigned

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to operate a variety of industrial lift equipment and RF units
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
  • Ability to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing, and having knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as required by the position
  • Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob's.
