Job Description

Bemana is searching for a Third Shift (8PM-4AM) Shipping Supervisor in Lake Panasoffkee, FL to join the team of a well-established leader in the pressure-treated lumber and building products industry, supplying residential, commercial, and industrial markets nationwide.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead, coach, and supervise shipping personnel
  • Promote and enforce compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations
  • Develop and implement process improvements
  • Coordinate shipping, warehousing, and product movement
  • Train, schedule, assign, and monitor daily work activities
  • Conduct performance evaluations and administer disciplinary actions
  • Ensure shipping documentation is accurate
  • Manage finished goods and packaging supply inventory
  • Perform inventory cycle counts
  • Maintain housekeeping and organization
  • Support operations including forklift operation

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • experience in shipping, inventory management, and logistics
