Shipping Receiving Clerk

• Organize and oversee incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
• Maintain detailed inventory records and perform regular audits to verify stock levels
• Utilize ERP systems to track and manage inventory flow effectively
• Respond to inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about shipping and inventory processes
• Generate charts and graphs to monitor inventory trends and performance
• Perform clerical duties such as data entry and recordkeeping to support operational efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies in inventory or shipments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all shipping and receiving activities
• Assist in the preparation of reports related to inventory and shipping operations
• Conduct periodic checks to ensure the warehouse meets organizational standards

• Proven experience with ERP solutions and inventory management systems
• Familiarity with Cerner Technologies and Epic Software
• Strong ability to create and analyze charts and graphs
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in clerical tasks such as auditing and recordkeeping
• Effective communication skills, particularly when answering inbound calls
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of financial services systems such as ADP is preferred
