Job Description

As a Shipping Operative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality, on-time, in-full shipments while meeting strict industry performance standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Creating daily shipment packs using SAP, courier systems, and customer portals
  • Liaising with couriers via email, telephone, and online systems
  • Learning and managing a variety of shipment types (full training provided)
  • Attending daily shipping meetings and working closely with Production Control
  • Verifying dispatch documentation, materials, and quantities to meet quality standards
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely dispatch
  • Following strict aerospace quality procedures
  • Maintaining accurate dispatch records and logs
  • Ensuring site security by checking courier IDs and approved carriers
  • Supporting 5S standards, housekeeping, and recycling processes
