Job Description

Drive efficient shipping, receiving, and inventory operations that keep products moving safely and accurately throughout the supply chain. As a Shipping and Receiving Manifestor, you will coordinate shipping and receiving activities, prepare billing and shipping documentation, schedule deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory records to support operational excellence. You will partner closely with warehouse, transportation, and operations teams to ensure timely product movement, effective communication, and seamless execution of daily processes. In addition, you will play an active role in supporting the company’s safety initiatives while contributing to both short-term objectives and long-term departmental goals. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering operational success. Schedule: Thursday through Sunday, 8:00am-8:00pm.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare billing paperwork
  • Process customer orders and correspondence via email, fax, and telephone
  • Work with other departments to communicate and resolve customer service issues

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Calculate figures and amounts such as proportions and percentages
  • Understand, speak, and write fluent English
  • Solve practical problems and work with a variety of variables
  • Interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, and verbal forms
  • Maintain regular attendance as an essential function of the job
  • Remain flexible with work schedule, including evening and night hours

Nice to have

  • Experience in a perishable food commodity environment
