A highly respected boutique practice with a strong reputation in the maritime sector is seeking a talented Shipping Litigation Lawyer (4+ PQE) to join its specialist team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a Lawyer looking to step into a role offering high-quality contentious work, close client contact, and the chance to develop within a focused, partner-led environment. Job Responsibility:

advise on a broad range of complex maritime disputes, including charterparty issues, cargo claims, vessel arrests, collisions, groundings and other wet and dry shipping matters
work directly with seasoned Partners on technically challenging cases, often involving international elements and high-value commercial interests

Requirements:

4+ PQE
solid grounding in shipping litigation, ideally gained at a recognised shipping practice
comfortable managing matters with appropriate autonomy
strong drafting skills
commercial awareness
ability to build trusted client relationships
