Job Responsibility:
Lead and mentor a team of 2 warehouse employees to ensure daily shipping targets are met
Coordinate the daily shipping and receiving schedule within the manufacturing & logistics department
Perform accurate data entry and inventory tracking using SAP and ERP systems
Operate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts to safely load and unload trailers
Oversee the receiving of inventory, verifying packing slips against physical goods received
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment in compliance with food safety standards (HACCP/SQF)
Generate shipping labels, bills of lading (BOL), and customs documentation for outgoing freight
Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in year-end inventory audits to ensure system accuracy
Requirements:
Valid Forklift License (Reach and Counterbalance) is mandatory
Advanced proficiency in SAP and ERP systems for warehouse management
Strong attention to detail for verifying inventory and shipping documentation
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with drivers and internal stakeholders
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
Problem-solving skills to address shipping discrepancies or logistical bottlenecks
Understanding of food safety regulations and cold-chain logistics is a strong asset
