Job Description:

Bring your warehouse expertise to a team that moves fast. We’re looking for a motivated Shipping and Receiving Associate for a temporary assignment with our Winnipeg-based client. If you have a solid background in shipping and receiving and love the rhythm of a high-efficiency warehouse, this is the perfect spot to put your logistics experience to work.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with inventory counts in the show room and warehouse
  • Safely and efficiently completes accurate daily shipping, receiving, and administrative requirements
  • Provide support to sales team related to inventory discrepancies (i.e. investigate variance and stock outs)
  • Assist counter sales staff with parts as needed
  • Operate forklift, both counterbalance and stand up

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and listening skills
  • Strong English skills
  • Proficiency with basic computer programs
  • Previous forklift certification
  • 1-2 years warehouse experience
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend and safely lift 50lbs
