Vi har i Skamol brug for at styrke vores Sales Support and Demand afdeling og søger derfor til en nyoprettet stilling en Shipping and Logistics Coordinator. Din base bliver på vores kontor i Skive, hvor du kommer til at arbejde i krydsfeltet mellem salg, produktionsplanlægning, lagerhåndtering og speditører, og du får en afgørende rolle i at sikre et smidigt samarbejde og klar kommunikation. Opgaver, der lander på dit bord, vil bl.a. være: Koordinering og planlægning af forsendelser; Booking af lastbiler og containere; Udarbejdelse og udstedelse af forsendelsesdokumenter; Opfølgning på bookede ordrer; Koordinering af kundeafhentninger; Indkøb af fragt samt godkendelse af fragtafregninger; Reklamationsbehandling. Du bliver en vigtig spiller i en international koncern, hvor du har muligheden for at bidrage aktivt til effektivisering, standardisering og optimering af processer og interne forretningsgange. DETALJEORIENTERET OG MED PRAKTISK ERFARING. Du har sandsynligvis erfaring fra en lignende stilling, gerne i en international virksomhed, hvorfra du oparbejdet et stort kendskab til shipping og logistik i bred forstand. For dig er en struktureret arbejdsmetode elementært, og du mister ikke overblikket, selvom opgaverne er mange, og tiden er knap. Du føler dig hjemmevant i IT og har gerne erfaring med SAP, Excel, Power BI og kendskab til CRM-systemer. Du bruger mail og Teams som naturlige kommunikationskanaler, og udover at være en dygtig formidler på dansk, kommunikerer du på engelsk i både skrift og tale. Vigtigst er, at du er god til at samarbejde på alle niveauer i og udenfor virksomheden.
