Are you ready to be an integral part of a dynamic team in the heart of London? Our client is seeking a Shipping and Facilities Assistant to support their operations in Kensington and Chelsea. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading organisation in the rare book industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Packaging and preparing books and artworks for shipment
  • Creating shipping labels and paperwork for domestic and international deliveries
  • Logging goods in and out, maintaining accurate records
  • Liaising with couriers and postal services for seamless delivery
  • Driving local deliveries between our sites and clients
  • Performing basic repairs and maintenance of our facilities
  • Assisting in the preparation and hosting of events
  • Flexibility to support during peak periods and staff shortages

Requirements:
