Job Description:

Are you ready to be an integral part of a dynamic team in the heart of London? Our client is seeking a Shipping and Facilities Assistant to support their operations in Kensington and Chelsea. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading organisation in the rare book industry.

Job Responsibility:

Packaging and preparing books and artworks for shipment
Creating shipping labels and paperwork for domestic and international deliveries
Logging goods in and out, maintaining accurate records
Liaising with couriers and postal services for seamless delivery
Driving local deliveries between our sites and clients
Performing basic repairs and maintenance of our facilities
Assisting in the preparation and hosting of events
Flexibility to support during peak periods and staff shortages

Requirements:

Meticulous attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a similar role
Interest in books or the collectibles market
