Job Responsibility

  • Completes the sales order/shipping transactions accurately within the internal ERP system
  • Prepare, review, process, and distribute inbound and outbound documentation, including customs paperwork
  • Coordinate shipments and monitor shipment status in response to customer and internal requests
  • Performs verification checks on products during loading and unloading to ensure accuracy condition
  • Support warehouse organization, cleanliness, and general housekeeping standards
  • Receive inbound courier deliveries and prepare outbound courier shipments
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory verification to maintain accurate product records

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a shipping administration or equivalent logistics role
  • Must have reliable transportation as the location is outside of city limits and not accessible by public transit
  • Ability to work standard hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility for overtime during the busy spring season
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to learn and navigate specialized internal ERP and inventory systems
  • Results-oriented approach to problem-solving and task prioritization
