Job Responsibility:
Completes the sales order/shipping transactions accurately within the internal ERP system
Prepare, review, process, and distribute inbound and outbound documentation, including customs paperwork
Coordinate shipments and monitor shipment status in response to customer and internal requests
Performs verification checks on products during loading and unloading to ensure accuracy condition
Support warehouse organization, cleanliness, and general housekeeping standards
Receive inbound courier deliveries and prepare outbound courier shipments
Assist with cycle counts and inventory verification to maintain accurate product records
Requirements:
Minimum of two years' experience in a shipping administration or equivalent logistics role
Must have reliable transportation as the location is outside of city limits and not accessible by public transit
Ability to work standard hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility for overtime during the busy spring season
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to learn and navigate specialized internal ERP and inventory systems
Results-oriented approach to problem-solving and task prioritization
