Shipping Administrator Late Shift

• Prepare packages to be shipped to customers and other business contacts on-time
• Ensure all paperwork accompanying packages is correct
• Package orders and process shipments via shipping software systems
• Use and maintain office equipment (printers, fax, etc.) as necessary
• Troubleshoot shipping problems
• Fix or communicate to management as necessary
• Process paperwork and packages for delivery to other company sites
• Help maintain accurate inventory
• Stay current with company communications by frequently accessing email and other methods of communication as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Encourage and aid in cross-departmental training and knowledge-transfer

• Ability to perform complex tasks and to prioritize multiple projects
• Capable of making administrative / procedural decisions and judgments
• Must be self-motivated, with the ability to see what needs to be done without being told to do it
• Ability and willingness to follow direction and perform duties
• Must have excellent computer skills which includes knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Must possess the ability to adapt to changes in the process
• Must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be highly organized, able to multi-task and capable of meeting strict deadlines
• Must be able to interact in a professional manner with customers, employees and all levels of management
• Must be able to work in a group or independently
• Must be able to read, write and speak English and Dutch fluently
