Job Responsibility:
Execute daily order picking and packing with 100% accuracy to meet shipping deadlines
Oversee and coordinate all daily inbound and outbound shipments within the manufacturing facility
Schedule shipments with various couriers and freight carriers to ensure timely delivery
Create and manage essential shipping documentation, including Bill of Lading (BOL), packing slips, and waybills
Maintain organized records of all transactions within the manufacturing & logistics tracking system
Inspect incoming goods for damages or discrepancies and report them to management
Collaborate with the production team to prioritize outgoing orders based on client needs
Ensure the shipping area remains clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations
Operate warehouse equipment safely to move materials and prepare pallets for transport
Monitor inventory levels of shipping supplies and communicate replenishment needs
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Shipper, Shipping Clerk, or in a similar manufacturing & logistics role
Expert knowledge of shipping documentation, specifically creating a Bill of Lading (BOL)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
Proficiency in logistics software and basic Microsoft Office suite
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with couriers and internal departments
Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Keen attention to detail to prevent shipping errors and inventory inaccuracies
Problem-solving mindset to navigate logistics delays or documentation issues
