  • Oversee and coordinate all daily inbound and outbound shipments within the manufacturing facility
  • Schedule shipments with various couriers and freight carriers to ensure timely delivery
  • Create and manage essential shipping documentation, including Bill of Lading (BOL), packing slips, and waybills
  • Maintain organized records of all transactions within the manufacturing & logistics tracking system
  • Inspect incoming goods for damages or discrepancies and report them to management
  • Collaborate with the production team to prioritize outgoing orders based on client needs
  • Ensure the shipping area remains clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely to move materials and prepare pallets for transport
  • Monitor inventory levels of shipping supplies and communicate replenishment needs
