Job Responsibility

  • Manage all shipping and receiving documentation and physical movement of goods
  • Inspect incoming orders for accuracy and quality
  • Package and label outgoing shipments securely
  • Update inventory notes in Microsoft Excel and shipping software
  • Operate a forklift to load/unload trucks and organize the shop
  • Assist with general tasks to support the manufacturing team as needed

Requirements

  • Valid Forklift license
  • 1-2 years of shipping and receiving experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active for an 8-hour shift
  • Strong computer literacy, specifically with Excel
  • Solid experience in a shipping and receiving or warehouse environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word (mandatory)
  • Safe and efficient forklift operation
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
