Requirements

Ability to handle material handling equipment and operate a forklift (the candidate will be trained)
Ability to lift to 40 lbs boxes daily

Job Responsibility

Inspect, receive, and store incoming materials (cards, collateral, and supplies) in designated areas
Follow strict security procedures when receiving and shipping goods
Accurately perform necessary inventory transactions for cards and collateral within the ERP system
Control access to the vaults and ensure timely and accurate service to other departments
Perform daily mailing duties: securely handle electronic mailing lists
sort, label, pack, track, and trace mail
Perform daily Inventory Management activities related to cards and collateral
Safely operate a forklift and other material handling equipment as needed
