Job Description

Randstad is seeking a dedicated and industry-experienced Shipper Receiver for a full-time, permanent opportunity in SE Calgary. Job Responsibility

Safely move products, materials, and machinery throughout the facility using both manual and mechanical equipment
Accurately locate, pick, build, and prepare customer orders for outbound shipment
Efficiently load and unload delivery trucks while securing products and verifying the accuracy of shipping labels and documentation
Restock incoming inventory into correct bins and storage locations, and actively participate in physical inventory counts
Assist clients directly at the warehouse sales counter and ensure the warehouse remains clean, orderly, and safe at all times

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment
Strong experience operating a forklift is required (ability to operate an overhead crane is also required, where available)
Must be physically capable of handling the demands of the role
Solid familiarity with computers, specifically Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard web-based applications
Background knowledge in mechanical/industrial pipes, valves, and fittings—as well as previous experience in customer service or counter sales—is considered a major asset!
