Job Responsibility
Communicate effectively with carriers and internal departments to smoothly manage logistics
Sort and prioritize aerospace parts based on order urgency
Check incoming shipments for any damage or discrepancies using P.O. / R.O. documents
Pick lighter parts from the upstairs storage warehouse and organize outbound shipments
Safely operate a small overhead crane to lift heavier engine parts when required
Prepare shipping documents and perform data entry using the internal ERP computer system
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of solid experience as a Shipping/Receiving Clerk
Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident due to the Controlled Goods Regulations Act
Comfortable using computers and navigating an ERP system
Capable of comfortably lifting up to 50 lbs and regularly climbing stairs to retrieve individual parts

Previous experience operating a forklift is a definite plus
