Shipper/Receiver

• Independently oversee daily incoming receipts and outgoing deliveries in collaboration with carriers
• Verify and validate goods against invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading, including precise cargo weight verification
• Maintain rigorous shipping records and manage documentation for damaged or missing merchandise
• Execute physical logistics, including securing, palletizing, wrapping, and labeling goods
• Update digital and physical inventory logs with precision
• Coordinate the internal distribution of packages and mail to relevant departments

• 5 to 6 years of experience in shipping/receiving within an industrial or regulated environment (candidates with 3 years may be considered for TTP)
• Valid forklift license and proven operational warehouse experience
• Strong proficiency with office software (Outlook, Word, Excel) and mandatory experience with an ERP system
• Knowledge of industry standards (FSSC22000, GMP, AIB, EcoCert, Kosher, WHMIS, TDG) constitutes a major asset
• Strong communication skills and a proven track record of professional stability and autonomy
• Successful completion of a criminal background and reference check is mandatory
