We are looking for a key member of our logistics team. As a primary shipping/receiving specialist, you will be responsible for the accurate flow of goods for a leading company in the food industry. This position is ideal for an independent, reliable, and meticulous individual who can manage their priorities independently while adhering to strict quality standards.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with carriers and distribute packages to internal departments
Compare received goods with purchase orders, verify weights, and inspect the condition of products
Manage shipping documents (bills of lading, invoices), record missing goods, and maintain the shipping log
Place merchandise on pallets, attach delivery instructions and identification information to containers
Operate strictly according to FSSC22000, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), EcoCert, and Kosher (MK) standards
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 to 6 years in a similar role for direct access to a permanent position (3 years for a temporary contract)
Proven operational experience operating a forklift
Proficiency with an ERP system and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Ability to work in a regulated environment (Food/Quality)
WHMIS and Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) certifications
Stable, punctual candidate capable of working independently (introverted profiles welcome)

4% annual bonus based on overall company performance
Stable schedule Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (40 hours paid)
