Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure the correct items are shipped and received
  • Load and unload trucks which include Sealed Units, Tempered Single Glass and other items
  • Maintain organization of loading and storage areas in the plant
  • Other tasks that may be required to ensure projects undertaken by HPG are delivered on time, on budget, and on quality

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Forklift License
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team as required
  • Must be able to lift 50 to 75lb. unassisted
  • Must be able to lift up to 150lb. with assistance
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time

  • Coordinate with carriers and schedule pickups or deliveries to ensure timely arrival of goods
  • Maintain accurate records of outbound shipments by uploading BOLs and photos to SharePoint daily
  • Organize the warehouse by arranging products in designated locations to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move and stack products within the manufacturing & logistics facility
  • Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues
