Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our warehouse team in Mississauga. This is a foundational role that keeps our supply chain moving. You’ll be responsible for everything from operating heavy machinery to managing digital inventory records. Job Responsibility

Safely operate a Counterbalance (CB) Forklift to move, stack, and organize product throughout the facility
Efficiently load and unload trailers
wrap skids securely for transit
Accurately pick and pack customer orders to ensure on-time delivery
Conduct inventory counts and handle stock rotation to maintain high levels of accuracy
Perform order entry and maintain detailed records of incoming/outgoing shipments
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic maintenance repairs as needed to ensure operational safety

Requirements

Valid Counterbalance (CB) Forklift certification is required
Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling environment
Comfortable with order entry software and basic record-keeping
Ability to lift heavy items, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks (wrapping, loading, packing)
Punctuality is a must for our 7:00 AM start time
