Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our warehouse team in Mississauga. This is a foundational role that keeps our supply chain moving. You’ll be responsible for everything from operating heavy machinery to managing digital inventory records. Job Responsibility

  • Safely operate a Counterbalance (CB) Forklift to move, stack, and organize product throughout the facility
  • Efficiently load and unload trailers
  • wrap skids securely for transit
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders to ensure on-time delivery
  • Conduct inventory counts and handle stock rotation to maintain high levels of accuracy
  • Perform order entry and maintain detailed records of incoming/outgoing shipments
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic maintenance repairs as needed to ensure operational safety

Requirements

  • Valid Counterbalance (CB) Forklift certification is required
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling environment
  • Comfortable with order entry software and basic record-keeping
  • Ability to lift heavy items, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks (wrapping, loading, packing)
  • Punctuality is a must for our 7:00 AM start time
