Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the receiving and shipping of goods according to aerospace standards (AS9100)
  • Verify the accuracy of delivery slips and inspect the physical condition of incoming parts
  • Prepare customs documentation and shipping waybills for international transit
  • Accurately enter inventory data into the ERP system
  • Coordinate with the Quality Department to validate certificates of conformity (CoC).

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in shipping/receiving (manufacturing or industrial sector)
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
  • Assets: Valid forklift operator certification (Sit-down or Reach) and knowledge of Dangerous Goods (hazmat) regulations
  • Sharp organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to read technical documents in English (French is an asset)
  • Unwavering commitment to occupational health and safety standards.
