Shift Supervisor

Our Client is seeking a capable Shift Supervisor to oversee daily transport scheduling and fleet coordination. This role plays a central part in ensuring pickups and deliveries run smoothly while maintaining strong operational efficiency across contractor fleets. You will be responsible for planning load schedules, allocating routes, coordinating with drivers and contractors, and ensuring all deliveries meet agreed customer timeframes. The role requires strong operational awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast paced logistics environment. You will also monitor fleet utilisation, manage operational reporting, and ensure compliance with fatigue management and heavy vehicle regulations.
