Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Five (5) years related work experience
Prior Supervisory experience in manufacturing
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Ability to build trust with team members
Capacity to work collaboratively with diverse individuals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong active listening skills
Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Job Responsibility

Lead and supervise all team members during your assigned shift
Assign and monitor tasks to ensure production targets and priorities are met
Coach and develop team members to drive performance and ensure operational success
Foster teamwork and promptly address interpersonal issues, escalating to the Production Manager as necessary
Train new employees and cross-train existing employees transitioning into new roles
Track individual training progress and report daily to the Production Manager
Learn and enforce all safety policies and procedures through LMS training
Train all team members on safety standards
ensure compliance at all times
Mitigate risks by proactively identifying and addressing safety concerns

Requirements

Previous coaching or supervisory experience in a customer facing role

Job Responsibility

Leading great shifts, supporting partners, and inspiring best moments and the Starbucks Experience for partners and customers
Setting priorities and resources to determine roles and delegate tasks, driving profitability of the store
Inspiring and motivating the store team, pre-empting and adapting to potential issues
Identifying teachable moments to share best practices with the team
Executing store operations during scheduled shifts, including opening and closing duties
Ensuring all partners follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures for cash handling, safety, and security
Providing quality beverages and food products consistently, following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
