Job Description

Shift Supervisor - Goals (18+ only due to licensing). Goals are the premier five a side football centre operator in the UK offering state of the art facilities throughout the country. We pride ourselves in exceeding customer expectation in levels of service delivery and the quality of our facilities. We employ people who are passionate about delivering these promises and who can work best in a fast paced and fun sporting environment. Football is more than a game to us it’s a way of life and we are looking for like-minded people to join our team as Shift Supervisor. In this role you will provide a top-quality service to our players and immerse yourself in activities to promote and maximize the number of games played within the centre. You will also be focused and driven to meet and exceed your Club’s income targets and KPI’s.

Requirements

  • People management skills – Manage, motivate and lead a team of people
  • Innovation skills – creative ways to engage with customers using social media and attract new business
  • Interpersonal skills - building rapport with customers and team captains
  • Organisation skills - ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Currently a supervisor or have previous supervisory experience or looking for your first position
  • 18+ only due to licensing

Nice to have

Suit a successful candidate with previous supervisory experience to begin their career in football
