Job Description:

Shift Supervisor - Goals (18+ only due to licensing). Goals are the premier five a side football centre operator in the UK offering state of the art facilities throughout the country. In this role you will provide a top-quality service to our players and immerse yourself in activities to promote and maximize the number of games played within the centre. You will also be focused and driven to meet and exceed your Club’s income targets and KPI’s.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

People management skills – Manage, motivate and lead a team of people
Innovation skills – creative ways to engage with customers using social media and attract new business
Interpersonal skills - building rapport with customers and team captains
Organisation skills - ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to
Currently a supervisor or have previous supervisory experience or looking for your first position
18+ only due to licensing

Nice to have:

Suit a successful candidate with previous supervisory experience to begin their career in football
