Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a shift supervisor, you’ll take the lead of the shift, working with your team of baristas to create the Starbucks Experience for our customers with high quality service, beverages, and products. Job Responsibility:

Take the lead of the shift
Work with team of baristas to create the Starbucks Experience
Provide high quality service, beverages, and products
Collaborate with the Store Manager, leading great shifts, supporting partners, and inspiring best moments
Set priorities and resources to determine roles and delegate tasks
Look at ways to drive the profitability of your store
Inspire and motivate the store team to make every moment right for our partners and customers
Pre-empt and adapt to any potential issues and address/resolve any that arise to optimise the customer experience
Identify teachable moments to share best practices with the team
Execute store operations during scheduled shifts, including organising opening and closing duties
Ensure all partners follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security
Provide quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products

Requirements:

Previous coaching or supervisory experience in a customer facing role
Experience in leading operational activities in a retail or hospitality environment
