Requirements

Experienced Production Shift Supervisor in a production/manufacturing setting
Able to read & understand basic technical drawings to check items are manufactured correctly
Good understanding of the production standards and ensuring these are achieved
Understanding & compliance with company policies & procedures
Good verbal & written communication skills

Job Responsibility

Assess any quality/production problems & solving these where possible
Ensure all workstations are set up correctly and correct SOP documentation is displayed
Ensure the transfer of all finished goods in a timely manner to the correct storage location ready for shipping
Maintaining 5S and ensuring that housekeeping is of the highest standard at all times
