Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Leading and inspiring your team during shifts to deliver the Starbucks Experience to every customer and partner
  • Collaborating with the Store Manager to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable operations
  • Setting priorities and delegating tasks using available tools and resources
  • Motivating and coaching partners, identifying teachable moments, and sharing best practices
  • Solving problems in real time, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement
  • Executing store operations, including opening and closing duties
  • Ensuring compliance with Starbucks and AmRest operational policies, including cash handling and safety procedures
  • Consistently delivering high-quality beverages and food by following all recipes, presentations, and sanitation standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience in delegating tasks or mentoring teams
  • Demonstrating leadership and communication skills
  • Being flexible and available to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment where every partner feels they belong
  • Creating a positive learning environment through coaching and feedback
  • Assisting with new partner training and contributing to a positive team environment
