Shift Supervisor

• Lead, organize, and supervise production and packaging teams during the shift to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor the production flow (milk, yogurt) to ensure adherence to the daily schedule and strict quality standards
• Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), focusing on raw material waste, losses, and equipment downtime
• Ensure full compliance with food safety protocols and hygiene regulations in line with ISO and HACCP standards
• Collaborate closely with the Production Manager to report progress, deviations, or technical issues encountered during the shift
• Work effectively with Quality Control and Maintenance departments to resolve production bottlenecks promptly

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably within the dairy or food industry
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical), Food Technology, or a related field
• Proven understanding of milk processing and fermented product production (e.g., yogurt, strained yogurt) will be considered a significant plus
• Solid experience working within HACCP & ISO 22000 frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to organize, motivate, and manage production teams effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience using ERP systems
• Good command of the English language
