Job Description:

The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level position focused on gaining supervisory skills, customer service expertise, and operational knowledge to prepare for promotion opportunities in leadership roles within CVS/pharmacy's store management team.

Job Responsibility:

Work effectively with store management and store crews
supervise the store’s crew
assign and direct activities
follow up on tasks
communicate information to and from store management and crews
assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints
promote CVS customer service culture
handle customer relations issues
maintain customer/patient confidentiality

Requirements:

Deductive reasoning ability
analytical skills
computer skills
advanced communication skills
ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts
ability to work overtime as needed

Nice to have:

Experience in retail
high school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
