Shift Supervisor Trainee

• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing, and following up of all activities
• maintain customer/patient confidentiality
• handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy
• promote a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers
• assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints
• work effectively with store management and crews
• ensure the completion of all opening and closing procedures.
