Job Description:

The Shift Supervisor Trainee role at CVS Health is an entry-level, short-term position preparing candidates for supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. It involves learning key business aspects and customer loyalty-building through exceptional service. After completing the program, trainees may be promoted to leadership roles supporting store execution, performance, and customer service excellence.

Job Responsibility:

Work effectively with store management and store crews
supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing, and following up of all activities
effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews
assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints
promote CVS customer service culture by greeting, offering help, and thanking customers
handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers
maintain customer/patient confidentiality.

Requirements:

Deductive reasoning ability
analytical skills
computer skills
advanced communication skills
ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts
ability to work overtime as needed.

Nice to have:

Experience in retail
high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
