Job Description:

Entry-level, short-term role to prepare for higher-level supervisory responsibilities; includes basic operations and management skills training; future promotion eligibility to Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor roles

Job Responsibility:

Work effectively with store management and crews
supervise the store’s crew by assigning, directing, and following up activities
assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints
promote CVS customer service culture such as greeting, offer help, and thank
handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy
promote a positive shopping experience for customers
maintain customer/patient confidentiality

Requirements:

Deductive reasoning ability
analytical skills
computer skills
advanced communication skills
ability to work a flexible schedule including some early morning and overnight shifts
ability to work overtime as needed

Nice to have:

Experience in retail
High School diploma or equivalent
