Job Description:

The Shift Supervisor Trainee role prepares employees for higher-level supervisory roles. Responsibilities include working with store management and crews, supervising activities, and promoting exceptional customer service and CVS/pharmacy culture. Upon successful program completion, trainees are eligible for promotion to Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor roles with additional responsibilities, including managing store operations and ensuring smooth execution of tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Work effectively with store management and store crews
supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing, and following up of all activities
communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews
assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints
promote CVS customer service culture
handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy
maintain customer/patient confidentiality.

Requirements:

Deductive reasoning ability
analytical skills
computer skills
advanced communication skills
ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, and overtime.

Nice to have:

Experience in retail
High School diploma or equivalent.
