Job Description:

The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level role that prepares an employee to perform a higher-level supervisory role. Duties involve management training, customer service, supervising store crew, and performing key store operations. Upon completion of the program, candidates may be promoted to Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor roles.

Job Responsibility:

Work effectively with store management and store crews
supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities
communicate information effectively
assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints
promote CVS customer service culture
handle customer relations issues
maintain customer/patient confidentiality

Requirements:

Deductive reasoning ability
analytical skills
computer skills
advanced communication skills
ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, and overtime
high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Nice to have:

Experience in retail
