Job Description:

The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term role preparing employees for higher-level supervisory roles. Responsibilities include building customer loyalty, supervising store crews, responding to customer inquiries, and promoting CVS customer service culture. The role involves flexible scheduling and overtime as needed, with advancement opportunities upon completion of the training program.

Job Responsibility:

Work effectively with store management and store crews
supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing, and following up of all activities
effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews
assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints
promote CVS customer service culture
handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy
maintain customer/patient confidentiality

Requirements:

Deductive reasoning ability
analytical skills
computer skills
advanced communication skills
ability to work a flexible schedule
ability to work overtime as needed

Nice to have:

Experience in retail
high school diploma or equivalent
