Job Description:

The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level position aimed at preparing employees for higher-level supervisory roles. Responsibilities include learning supervisory duties, building customer loyalty, and supporting CVS Store Management. Key tasks include supervising store crews, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Job Responsibility:

Work effectively with store management and store crews
supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities
effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews
assist customers with questions, problems and complaints
promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank)
handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy
maintain customer/patient confidentiality.

Requirements:

Deductive reasoning ability
analytical skills
computer skills
advanced communication skills
ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts
ability to work overtime as needed.

Nice to have:

Experience in retail
high school diploma or equivalent.
