Job Description:

The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position that prepares an employee for a higher-level supervisory role such as Operations Supervisor. Responsibilities include supervising store crews, assisting customers, promoting CVS service culture, and completing training.

Job Responsibility:

Work effectively with store management and store crews
supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing, and following up on all activities
effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews
assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints
promote CVS customer service culture
handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy
maintain customer/patient confidentiality.

Requirements:

Deductive reasoning ability
analytical skills and computer skills
advanced communication skills
ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts
work overtime as needed.

Nice to have:

Experience in retail
high school diploma or equivalent.
