Job Description:

The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term role that prepares an employee to perform a higher-level supervisory role. Responsibilities include supervising store crews, building customer loyalty through exceptional service, ensuring store operations run smoothly, and completing opening and closing procedures.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing, and following up on all activities
assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints
promote CVS customer service culture by greeting, offering help, and thanking
handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy
promote a positive shopping experience
maintain customer/patient confidentiality

Requirements:

Deductive reasoning ability
analytical skills
computer skills
advanced communication skills
ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts
ability to work overtime as needed
