The Shift Supervisor is the person who keeps things running when it counts. As a floor leader, you're the one guests & team members turn to when they need a quick answer, a calm hand, or someone to just get things sorted. You'll own operational execution, guest experience, compliance oversight, & real-time problem-solving across every shift. Day to day, that means leading the sales floor, supporting Retail Associates, keeping cash handling & inventory tight, and making sure the store stays safe, compliant, & welcoming - all at once. When store leadership is out, you're the Manager on Duty. No pressure. (Okay, a little pressure - but the good kind.) This role works closely with the Retail Manager & Assistant Manager to hit store goals, keep operations consistent, & contribute to the kind of place people actually like coming in to. You'll also have alarm access, and may support operational investigations, inventory reconciliation, security procedures, & cannabis deliveries as needed.
