Job Description:

The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities, and requirements: Customer Satisfaction, Site Upkeep, Opening/Closing Procedures, Basic Troubleshooting. The incumbent must be able to perform this job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures without endangering the health or safety of self or others.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provides prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly, and attentive manner
  • Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available
  • Ensure that customers are satisfied and that any inquiries, incidents and issues are reported in a timely manner
  • Satisfactorily able to complete all Car wash Attendant job duties
  • Understands how to troubleshoot basic XPT and DRB issues
  • Follows “DRB Protocol”
  • Read “Supervisor Level DRB” training course
  • Attend Preventative Maintenance Training and complete 5 Day Preventative Maintenance
  • Reports to work on time and follows the dress and appearance code

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Excellent communication skills including active listening
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs
  • Able to work weekends
  • Able to demonstrate responsibility while Site Manager is off site
  • Enforces all safety policies
  • Understands the functions of all chemical room equipment
  • Assist your Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs
  • Able to clean out solenoids
  • Minimum 6 months as CWA before advancement
