Job Description:

The Shift Operations Process Engineer is responsible for managing and optimizing the process operations of the cement grinding unit during a designated shift. This role involves overseeing the grinding process (e.g., ball mills, vertical roller mills, roller presses, separators), ensuring consistent production output, maintaining cement quality standards (e.g., OPC, PPC), and minimizing downtime. The engineer collaborates with control room operators, maintenance teams, and other departments under the supervision of the n-1 level (e.g., Shift Manager or Production Manager) to ensure safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant operations.

Job Responsibility:
