Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer - Electrical & Mechanical
Previous manufacturing industry experience (Plastics preferred)
Ideally 17th/18th Edition electrical regulations qualified
Qualifications – Level 3 diploma in electrical installations or equivalent
MUST be willing to work on a continental shift basis
Apprentice trained or equivalent

Job Responsibility

Perform both planned & reactive maintenance tasks as well as contributing towards continuous improvement activities
Reduce downtime by reacting to production breakdowns in a safe and timely manner
Complete the PPM schedule & closing down work orders on the CMMS
Work at height in our automated warehouse
Equipment Improvements
Installation of New equipment
Compliance with Health & Safety legislation, Safety first
Complete daily & weekly compliant checks

A recognised Engineering apprenticeship to ONC/HNC or equivalent Engineering qualification

Job Responsibility

To complete Planned Preventative Maintenance as directed by Engineering Management
To complete breakdown and maintenance records for all work undertaken on site
To interact with onsite Engineering stores personnel, to include but not be restricted to, booking parts out of stores, assisting in sourcing alternative parts where the original is not available, returning unused parts to stores
To take part in meetings, supervision, training as requested
To undertake other duties commensurate to the grade of the post
