Job Responsibility

Leading the team during shifts to deliver great food and service
Running daily pre-shift briefings and setting clear priorities
Motivating, coaching, and training team members
Managing food safety, health & safety, and audit standards
Being accountable for the smooth running of your shift
Creating a fun, high-energy environment for both team and guests

Requirements

Previous management or supervisory experience
Confidence with compliance and safety standards
Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, guest-first environment
A lead-from-the-front attitude with a fun, vibrant work ethic

Reject any bad sheets +200 back to sheet feeding using an NCR form
Hazards/near misses/accident forms need to be filled out immediately after an incident occurs
Monitor Live Production output rates using SFDC Supervisor
Using PSA track that the run order is logical against deliveries/colours/anilox changes/forme changes etc
Record significant issues through the shift
Watch the WIP lines to prevent the strapper filling up
Make decisions as the most senior person on site at times
